Your vehicle is designed to take you and your passengers safely to your destination, but the unexpected can get in the way and accidents happen.
The shop that repairs your vehicle can have a substantial impact on your vehicle’s appearance, performance, structural integrity and the on-board technologies that keep you safe. That’s why we strongly recommend choosing a collision center that is Certified by your car maker, even if it’s not us!
- You always have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired! You do not need to use a shop recommended by your insurer or one of their program/referral shops.
- Your insurer will pay for repairs at any shop you choose.
- You have the right to request only new, genuine OEM parts be used for the replacement of damaged parts on your vehicle.
You’ve invested a lot in your vehicle, and your insurance policy, and we believe you deserve the best repair possible. Understanding your rights and insurance policy can help to ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and you get the coverage you deserve.
